they walk, they crawl, they climb
they have no means to fly
road blockage, barb wires, barricades pile high
unknown -- the only known variable for the road ahead

to fulfill a dream, they must try
to fight for survival, they mustn't cry
no questions asked, they mustn't query, mustn't pry
until all means become dry!

people of all ages
continuously, crawl & climb, they manage
hardship, the language
for the dreamland they envisage

anxiously, they wait
yes, fate!
love or hate
reaching the destination, date...?
